Home Folder Your child's blue Lincoln folder comes home everyday and will contain: completed student work, announcement, notes, spelling lists and homework. It needs to be brought back to school daily. This is a great opportunity to teach to your child responsibility. If you have notes to send to school, please send them in this folder. The blue Lincoln folders can be purchased at the Lincoln School store. |
Homework Homework is sent home on Fridays and is due back completed on the following Friday (or the end of the week). Homework is an opportunity to practice what we learn in class and to continue to practice responsibilty. Homework packets are made specifically for your child and may not match other packets within our classroom. Some pages are the same for all students, but other pages are based on your individual child's needs. Please work with your child AND check his/her work. Reading
Logs Reading logs will be sent home monthly. Students should read and record the title of each book they read at home. Completed forms need to be returned to school so they can be added to the student's reading scroll. |
